We recommend doing your shopping in advance to get the best availability. A little planning can go a long way this holiday season. Here's everything you need to know.

Shipping and tracking

There may be delays as the holidays approach, which could postpone shipping—another reason to order early. Transit time is measured in business days: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Learn more about shipping.

Exchanges and returns

If needed, you can return orders for alterations or color after the holidays. Exchanges for purchases made in the Buenos Aires store must be made there. Online purchases can be exchanged in-store or via Andreani courier. If you're unfamiliar with the process, read more about exchanges and returns.

Gift Card

Don't know what to give? Consider giving a Gift Card . Within 24 hours of payment confirmation, you will receive an email with the details of the Gift Card(s) purchased, and they will be ready to use.

Extended hours

For the holidays, our CABA location will have extended hours.

• From December 11th to 22nd (Monday to Friday) - from 10am to 8pm
• Saturday, December 16 - from 10am to 3pm
• Saturday, December 23 - from 10am to 6pm

Closed for holidays

As we do every year at Patagonia, we'll be taking a few days off between Christmas and New Year's. From December 25th to January 1st, our store and Distribution Center will be closed. New orders, returns, and exchanges will not be processed during this time.

The Customer Service and Repairs Department will also be closed.

Starting December 2nd, we'll be back. Our store will reopen and e-commerce orders will begin shipping.
