Guidelines of the Pro Deal Argentina Community

  1. Our Pro Deal Community is a benefits program for outdoor professionals and/or individuals actively involved in protecting our planet. As a member of the Community, you can access preferential pricing and discounts on select technical and other products. This is a privilege, not a right: it's a relationship of mutual respect.
  2. Products purchased through the Patagonia Pro Deal Community are exclusively for personal use and not for resale or gifting.
  3. Being part of the Patagonia Pro Deal Community is a non-transferable benefit: keep your account information confidential. Patagonia is not responsible for fraudulent use of your account by third parties.
  4. Patagonia reserves the right to manage membership in the Pro Deal Community at its sole discretion and to terminate access without explanation, prior notice, or compensation.
  5. Pro Deal membership requires annual renewal, subject to evaluation.
  6. Access to the Program is valid online at (link to Patagonia Argentina website) for Pro Deal Community members residing in Argentina, as well as in selected stores (to be completed). Remember to bring your ID at the store at the time of purchase.
  7. All online purchases can be exchanged or returned online through (link to Patagonia Argentina website). Exchanges are only valid for a different size and/or color of the same product. To exchange or return a product purchased online in-store, you must use the Pro Deal Community program at the selected stores mentioned above. You cannot return any Patagonia products to Patagonia distributors.
  8. Patagonia reserves the right to change the terms of the Program at any time, as well as to limit the number of products available for purchase.
  9. The Pro Deal Community discount applies to a specific product collection. The discount cannot be combined with any other offers, promotional items, or discounts. The discount cannot be applied retroactively.
  10. All shipping charges for all online purchases made by members of the Pro Deal Argentina Community are the responsibility of the customer.
  11. By using Patagonia's Pro Deal Community Program, you are acknowledging and accepting the guidelines described above.
