We prefer that you don't create a new account but continue using your existing login. This will keep your funding history in one place, helping us review and process your proposals more quickly and efficiently. To retrieve your username and password, please email our CyberGrants support team at cgsupport@cybergrants.com.

Occasionally, grant recipients are logged out of the CyberGrants system while submitting an application, so we recommend saving your application as you work on it. If you are logged out of CyberGrants and are unable to log back in or are repeatedly disconnected, please email our CyberGrants support team at cgsupport@cybergrants.com. They will be able to assist you with any technical issues and help you log back in to complete your application.

If you submit your application on the same day that applications close for a grant program and you are unable to log in to CyberGrants, please email our Patagonia Grants Team at patagonia.argentina@patagonia.com to let them know you are having technical difficulties with CyberGrants. This will help you avoid missing a deadline.

For suggestions on how you can improve your proposal for next year's application, contact the Patagonia Donations Team at patagonia.argentina@patagonia.com.

All organizations are eligible to apply for a Patagonia grant once every 12 months. This policy applies whether your proposal is approved or rejected.

For example, if your organization submits a proposal by the August deadline of one year and it is not approved, you can resubmit your application in August of the following year.

The email address entered under Primary Contact on your proposal when your organization submitted the application is the email address that will receive all grant communications related to that proposal, including funding decisions, requests for revised proposals, progress reports, etc. If that person is no longer the appropriate contact for grant communications, for any reason, please contact our CyberGrants support team at cgsupport@cybergrants.com to review your organization's contact information and any proposals that may have been affected.

If you receive a grant from Patagonia, you will be required to submit a progress report within nine months. The report will be available approximately eight months after you receive your grant. At that time, you should receive an automated email with instructions and a link to answer some questions about your progress. If you did not receive an automated email regarding progress reports within eight to ten months of receiving the grant funds, please contact our CyberGrants support team at encgsupport@cybergrants.com.

If you made minor revisions to a Patagonia-funded project and the intended use of the funds is consistent with the proposal we approved, you don't need to notify our grants team. However, for any major project updates, we do need to contact us.

that we have funded, please contact the Patagonia Donations Team at patagonia.argentina@patagonia.com.

We do not provide grants for general program funding and prefer that grant funds be used only for specific project purposes. If you have already received a grant from Patagonia and your funding needs have changed during your funding cycle, please contact the Patagonia Grants Team at patagonia.argentina@patagonia.com.

If you haven't yet received a letter with the decision on your grant and your funding needs have changed since you submitted your proposal, please update it to reflect your new funding priorities so we can take this into account when reviewing your grant proposal. Please do not submit a new application. Instead, contact our Patagonia Grants Team at patagonia.argentina@patagonia.com so we can send you a proposal resubmission request in CyberGrants, which will allow you to update your application.
