We want to inform you of our policies for this selection of items that are at special prices for a limited time.

For Father's Day, we're offering 20% off selected products from our Father's Day collection. This means you'll find all the items in this collection at the final price with the discount applied.

The promotion is valid from 29/04/2024 to 16/06/2024, inclusive.

Within the collection you will find all the items that are part of the promotion with the final price to be paid.

Exchanges and returns

Yes, are you unsure about your size? Still undecided? Our customer service team is here to help—the fewer unnecessary shipments, the better. If you're not satisfied with the product when you receive it, we'll cover the exchange and shipping costs.

You have 60 days to make changes and 10 days for returns.

3 and 6 interest-free installments

Pay in 3 interest-free installments with no minimum purchase amount or in 6 interest-free installments on purchases over $300,000, with any bank credit card registered in the Mercado Pago app (*).

Deliveries take 2 to 6 business days in CABA and GBA, and 6 to 8 business days in the rest of the country.

Pick up: Collect your order, free of charge, at our Patagonia store (Suipacha 1178, CABA), Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Iron guarantee

We stand behind what we manufacture. If you're not satisfied with your product, you can return it to the store where you purchased it and exchange it, receive a refund, or have it repaired. Please remember that the garment must be clean when it is handed over. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept it.
