Changes

Important: If you want to make a change to any of In our stores, it is necessary that before approaching you put yourself in contact with Customer Service to verify that the product you are looking for is in stock searching.

You can make an exchange up to 60 days after purchase. Remember to bring the receipt, as it will be required to process the exchange.

The products must be in good condition, unused, with the label attached.

Exchanges for purchases made in the Buenos Aires store must be made there. Online purchases can be exchanged in-store or via Andreani courier.

To make changes, visit our store at Suipacha 1178, CABA, from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm or Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm.

It's done through Andreani. Please click here to request it by completing the form.

Changes made through this channel take a minimum of 10 business days.

Please note that the first exchange is free of charge. Any subsequent exchanges will be at the customer's expense.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please click here to process a return. We will contact you as soon as possible to update you on the status of your request.

We will send you the Andreani label so you can take the package to a branch to process the return.

You also have the option of sending the product to be returned at your own expense to Suipacha 1178 from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

For this, we will ask you to put a label on the package with your purchase number and the details of the person who made the purchase.
