Patagonia has decided to close all operations between Christmas and New Year's to continue creating value and fulfilling our mission. In administrative terms, this means that our stores and offices will be closed from December 25th to January 1st. We will return to our normal functions and schedules, refreshed and ready to go, on Monday, January 2nd.

You can continue shopping online, but purchases made during those days will begin processing on Monday, January 2, 2023. This means that shipping, exchanges, returns, and billing will likely be delayed.

We stand behind what we manufacture. If you're not satisfied with your product, you can return it to the store where you purchased it and exchange it, receive a refund, or have it repaired. Please remember that the garment must be clean when it is handed over. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept it.
