How it works
We accept garments in person or by mail.
Select your preferred option and learn the steps to follow to start the repair process.
We remind you that the repairs are functional, not aesthetic.
Our wish is that the transformation of your clothes means a new story to tell.
STEP 01
To begin, bring your clothes to any of our stores:
Buenos Aires Store
Suipacha 1178 (CP 1008, CABA)
Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Casa Frey Store
Bustillo Avenue, km 1.5 (Bariloche)
Monday to Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Reminder: Clothes must be clean and have empty pockets!
STEP 02
When you drop off your clothes, you will need to complete and sign this check-in form.
In addition, we will provide you with an identification code and an admission card detailing the items to be repaired.
Important: the admission card serves as proof of purchase at the time of withdrawal.

STEP 03
Once we have repaired your garments, we will send an email to the email address you shared with us through the registration form.
Please note that the estimated repair time will depend on the treatment required for each garment and the availability of supplies.
STEP 04
Done! You can pick up your items at the store where you left them.
Store pickup in Buenos Aires: Fridays, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
In-store pickup at Casa Frey: Monday to Sunday, from 10 am to 9 pm
Remember that to pick them up you must bring your admission card.

STEP 02
Once we are in contact, we will give you an identification code.
STEP 03
To enter your items correctly, you need to:
- Print, complete and sign this registration form .
- Place the form (printed and completed) next to the clean garments you wish to have repaired, in a sealed package.
Reminder: The form must have the identification code written on it!
STEP 04
Done! You can now send us your clothes to Suipacha 1178 (CP 1008, CABA) or Av. Bustillo, km 1.5 (Bariloche).
Reminder: Don't forget to hand in your clothes clean and with empty pockets !
STEP 05
Once we receive your garments, we will send you an email confirming receipt, along with details of the items to be repaired and an approximate delivery date.
STEP 06
Once we have repaired your garments, we will contact you via email to coordinate their return.
Please note that the estimated repair time will depend on the treatment required for each garment and the availability of supplies.
STEP 07
You need to know that:
- We accept shipments from anywhere in the country.
- We do not cover shipping costs (neither receiving nor returning).
- The shipment is handled by a third-party logistics service.
Once we notify you that the garments are ready, you have 30 days (consecutive) to respond to us and coordinate the return.
After that period, the garments will be donated to the Recrafted program.
Terms and conditions
Garments can be dropped off in person at our store (Suipacha 1178 or Av. Bustillo, km 1.5) or sent by mail, with associated costs borne by the user.
